Natasha and Chris planned an elegant day close to home, and full of sentimental moments. The couple had originally planned a more extravagant affair in the Spring of 2020, but whilst everything was shutting down and everyone was spending more time at home, Tash and Chris decided that really the most important aspect of their day was to celebrate at home, surrounded by their closest family and friends.
A Gorgeous Glasshouse Wedding Ceremony
Their ceremony was held in front of the beautiful glass house of their local registry office, and was simple and sophisticated. Tash was beautifully glam and wore a classic A-line gown complete with a sparkling pair of Sophia Webster heels, and equally as sparkling jewellery. The bridal party looked chic in satin black dresses, and Chris and his groomsmen donned classic black tux's. Tash chose a sweet and romantic palette of pinks and white for her bouquet.
A Golden Hour to Remember
After a joyous celebration, wedding guests enjoyed drinks on the lawn before heading to Tash and Chris's family home for the evening celebrations. The couple had a private moment to wander through the gardens, enjoying the splendour of the bright blooms and warm sunshine, and savouring their newlywed bliss. A clear sky made for the most wonderful sunset, draping it's golden light over the surrounding countryside of their home.
Sharing Special Memories
The speeches were ones to remember, with Chris, the bride’s father, and Chris’s two best men reminiscing of Tasha and Chris’s time meeting at school, growing into adulthood together and beginning their family with their little boy. The room was full of love and laughter, and continued through to the evening celebrations.
Tash and Chris's September wedding was certainly a special one, and one I'll always have fond memories of. Scroll down to see the rest of their day.
